Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and govern a global commercial capability framework across Regions. The role is fully remote in Italy and reports to the Director Global Commercial Operations.

You will develop a scalable training strategy, build a global sales competency framework, and align priorities with Regional Leaders and DBS teams. Strong 7+ years in Sales/Training and MS Office skills are required.
