Littelfuse is seeking a senior HRIS professional to partner with HR leaders and design and implement Workday solutions across Core HCM, Talent, and Recruiting. This fully remote role focuses on configuration, testing, annual cycles, and driving AI-enabled automation within HR tech.

You will mentor the team, manage projects, and help shape future technology direction while ensuring data integrity, governance, and scalable processes across global HR initiatives.
