ph3Job Posting Title Junior Controller Italy /h3pThe challenge The Junior Controller Italy supports the Finance team in monitoring financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities for the Italian market. The role will focus on the Finished Goods business, supporting profitability analysis and business performance monitoring for the Italian market. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport monthly closing activities and prepare financial reports /liliAssist in budgeting and forecasting processes /liliMonitor sales, margins, and operating expenses and customer rebates /liliPerform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) /liliSupport cost control activities and profitability analysis by product line /liliPerform customer profitability analysis and support gross-to-net analysis activities /liliCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams /liliEnsure data accuracy and consistency in reporting systems /liliSupport internal and external audit processes /liliSupport business performance monitoring and provide insights to key stakeholders across the Italian organization /li /ulpWhat you need to succeed /ph3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or related field /lili1–3 years of experience in controlling or finance, preferably in structured multinationals /liliAccounting knowledge /liliGood knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools (SAP is a plus) /liliKnowledge of consolidation/reporting tools such as Hyperion or Oracle is considered a plus /liliStrong analytical skills and attention to detail /liliProactive mindset and willingness to learn /liliFluent in Italian and English /liliKnowledge of the FMCG or White Goods industry is a plus /li /ulh3PAY TRANSPARENCY /h3pEmployment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL):
