ppWe are looking for a bFeature Lead Engineer - Connectivity /b to play a pivotal role in shaping the definition and implementation of next-generation TCU platforms at a major automotive OEM. /p pYou will bring automotive or equivalent platform expertise to build scalable, high-quality products. You will analyze, review, refine, plan, define, and release new software applications with a focus on component requirements in support of business goals, bridging technical development with product delivery across connectivity domains. /p h3Engagement details: /h3 ul liLocation: Turin, Italy /li liEmployment type: Permanent /li liWorking model: Hybrid /li liStart date: ASAP /li /ul h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead the definition, planning, and release of connectivity software features for next-generation TCU platforms /li liWrite and refine component-level requirements aligned with system and business requirements /li liConduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure software quality and best practices /li liMonitor software development activities, prioritising critical features and issues to keep delivery on trackAnalyze system and software requirements, identifying gaps and driving resolution with the development team /li liSupport testing activities by developing test cases and test plans for connectivity features /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, cloud, and validation engineers /li liInterface with end-users and stakeholders to gather insight on functionality, usability,
and interface requirements /li liProvide technical support and guidance to the development team throughout the software lifecycle /li liEnsure compliance with applicable data privacy practices and automotive regulations /li liCommunicate technical findings and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liUniversity degree in computer science, information systems, or software engineering - plus 5-12 years of equivalent experience /li liHands-on knowledge of: 4G/5G Modem, C-V2X, Ultra Wide Band, NFC, CAN, Ethernet, IP, TCP/UDP, TLS/DTLS /li liFamiliarity with MQTT, OMA-DM, and LWM2M /li liExperience with NAD, Application Processor, SoC, HSM, SEE /li liKnowledge of Linux and AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive) /li liIndustry background in connectivity, cockpit, or cloud solution development (automotive or consumer) /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liDeep understanding of on-board and off-board connectivity platforms /li liNative software engineering experience in C/C++ /li liExperience with Macchina application framework and application sandboxing /li liHands-on experience with requirement definition for automotive projects /li liUnderstanding of signal, API, and service-oriented interface design /li liExperience with multiple vehicle architectures /li liStartup configuration, scripting, and application development /li liSAFe Agile practices /li liPrior experience interviewing end-users for functionality and usability insights /li liKnowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws /li liStrong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills /li liHighly self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks independently or in a team /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
