Please note that this role requires full-time, 100% on-site presence (5 days a week) at our office. /p h3You will: /h3 ul liIssue access keycards for both employees and visitors; /li liAct as the primary point of contact for building policies and procedures, keeping employees informed and addressing general inquiries from both staff and visitors; /li liCollect and sort incoming e-mail and packages manage outgoing e-mail; /li liProvide operational support for the management of Health and Safety regulatory requirements in accordance with Legislative Decree ***** - you will be trained for first aid and fire prevention. /li liManage and organize the front desk, common areas,



and meeting rooms; stock office kitchen supplies; /li liSupport general services by collecting any reports related to facility issues; /li liProvide support for company events; /li liPerform other clerical/administrative duties. /li /ul h3You'll be great for this role if you have: /h3 ul liGood standing; /li liProficiency in English (B2+); /li liGood knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /li liA prior successful experience as a receptionist /li /ul h3Recruitment Process: /h3 ul liA quick chat with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Manager to dive deep into your experiences and better understand your motivation; /li liA final chat with Simone (our CEO) where he will share and assess the Scalapay Values /li /ul pbSuper Pro tip: /b we know that application processes can be scary and frustrating but we look for talent, not people that tick all our boxes. /p pPlease note that only candidates with a legal working status in Italy will be considered as we do not provide any sponsorship.
