ppIn this role you provide on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Nordson Packaging equipment in the North-West Piedmont region. You work closely with customers to ensure reliable operation and high satisfaction, and you collaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and support growth. The position requires strong technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and travel within the territory. You will contribute to delivering safe, compliant field service and shaping customer success across the region. /p ul liProvide on-site technical support and service activities across the North-West Piedmont region /li liInstall, configure, maintain, and repair equipment per procedures /li liDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues /li liDocument service actions and findings according to requirementsPrioritize service requests to meet commitments /li liCollaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and support revenue targets /li liBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication /li liProvide technical guidance and basic user training as needed /li liEnsure safety, quality, and company policy compliance during field activities /li liMaintain service tools, equipment,
