In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn how a multinational company manages its workforce at 360°, working with colleagues from all HR areas – bRecruiting /b, bLearning Development /b, bCompensation /b, bReputation /b, bOperations /b and bBusiness Partnership /b – to continuously improve De Nora's organization and processes in order to maximize efficiency and innovation, exploiting data driven strategies. /p h3Daily activities /h3 ul liRun established HR reporting and data quality activities /li liContribute to ad hoc,
