You are an accounting generalist with passion for AP. /b /p pOur lavoro da remoto rule is 3 days in the Milan office, 2 days smart! /p pWith your expertise and commitment, you ensure sustainable relationships and satisfied customers, who can always count on you for the best advice! /p pThe candidate will be responsible for managing the baccounts payable cycle /b and general accounting activities, contributing to the periodic closing processes, tax compliance, and reporting to the parent company. The role requires close collaboration with the Finance team and progressive involvement in the company's key administrative and accounting activities. /p h3Your tasks /h3 ul liManagement of the entire accounts payable cycle, from verification and recording of supplier invoices to correct accounting and cost center allocation /li liMonitoring of supplier due dates and payment preparation /li liManagement of accounting, bank, and intercompany reconciliations /liliSupport for monthly and annual closings, including preparation of adjustment and adjustment entries /li liSupport for general accounting and financial reporting /li liManagement of periodic tax obligations (VAT, Intrastat, withholdings, and other mandatory communications)
