ph3Substitute Custodians /h3h3Qualifications /h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent /liliPreferably two to three years of related maintenance experience. /liliAbility to read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. /liliAbility to write simple correspondence. /liliAbility to communicate effectively with students, school administrators and staff. /liliAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. /liliAbility to get tasks done in a timely manner /liliAble to assume responsibility with a minimum of direct supervision /liliAbility to effectively use basic computer software applications /li /ulh3Physical Demands /h3pWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be physically active and able to bend, crawl, squat, stoop and walk; reach with hands and arms overhead; lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. /ph3Hours /h3pOn call for subbing Monday through Friday,
