ph3Role Mission /h3pThe successful candidate will contribute to the development of the Pharma business in Europe through a combination of customer management and business development activities. /ppThe objective will be to strengthen relationships with existing customers, identify new growth opportunities, acquire new customers and promote innovative packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, medical device and healthcare markets. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3h3Sales Area Management /h3ulliManage and develop the assigned customer portfolio. /liliMaintain strong and long-lasting relationships with existing customers. /liliUnderstand customer needs and turn them into growth opportunities. /liliCollaborate with the Customer Service, Quality, RD and Operations to ensure a high level of service. /li /ulh3Business Development /h3ulliResearch and develop new business opportunities in the European Pharma and Healthcare market. /liliMap the main industry players, including Pharma Companies, CDMO, CMO, nutraceutical manufacturers and medical device companies. /liliGenerate new contacts through prospecting, networking, trade fairs and industry events. /liliPlan sales visits and presentations with customers and prospects.
/liliPromote new applications and innovative solutions developed by the company. /liliSupport the development of commercial pipelines and growth plans for target markets. /liliAchieve new customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. /li /ulh3Market Intelligence /h3ulliMonitor market trends, competitors and new technologies. /liliIdentify new segments, applications and development areas. /liliShare market insights with management and corporate functions. /li /ulh3Essential Requirements /h3ulli3–5 years of experience in international B2B sales roles. /liliExperience in pharmaceutical packaging or flexible packaging, knowledge of the Pharma, Nutraceutical, Healthcare or Medical Device markets will be considered as a plus. /liliExperience in new business development and new customer acquisition. /liliStrong negotiation and business relationship management skills. /liliWillingness to travel frequently across Europe. /li /ulpFluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. /ppWe offer €40,******,000 gross per year + variable that will be defined based on how the candidate meets the required qualifications /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
