pAs Interior Design Director for Italy, you shape the design strategy and execution for luxury hospitality properties, ensuring brand alignment and exceptional guest experiences. You lead creative direction from concept to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance design integrity with operational and commercial needs. You champion heritage-informed, sustainable design while advancing brand standards and global design trends. and schedule alignment /liliCollaborate on supplier selection, prototype reviews, and value engineering /liliEnsure procurement decisions align with design intent and budget /liliManage design scope within budgets and support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management /liliParticipate in value engineering while protecting design integrity and guest experience /liliContribute to capital planning and project prioritization /liliMonitor global luxury trends and identify opportunities to enhance guest experience /liliContribute to evolving design standards, guidelines, and processes /liliChampion sustainability, responsible sourcing, and preservation of heritage assets /liliDeliver projects on time, on budget, and on brand /liliEnsure high-quality guest experience and design outcomes /liliMaintain stakeholder satisfaction and effective collaboration /liliManage FFE budgets and procurement /liliPreserve and enhance each property's unique identity /liliDegree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field /liliMinimum 12 years of experience in luxury hospitality, residential, or lifestyle design /liliSignificant experience managing high-value renovation and development projects /liliStrong knowledge of FFE design, procurement, specifications, fabrication, and installation /liliExperience managing external consultants and multidisciplinary project teams /liliExcellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills /liliItalian and English fluency required /liliHighly creative with strong design judgment /liliPassion for luxury hospitality and culturally sensitive design /liliStrong commercial awareness and decision-making ability /liliProject management and budgeting /liliValue engineering and stakeholder management /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
