/liliDevelop and implement standards, best practices, and methodologies across the marketing community, driving consistent program delivery, process improvements, and effective adoption of martech platforms and technologies. /liliIn coordination with other departments, evaluate, adopt, or retire technologies based on organizational needs, and stay abreast of emerging industry trends to recommend innovations. /liliAudit existing processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. /li /ul h3Customer Experience Center of Excellence (CX COE) /h3 ulliLaunch and lead a new global Customer Experience Center of Excellence, roll out standardized CX methodologies, tools, and playbooks, including customer journey mapping, Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, NPS, and personalization frameworks, to support consistent adoption worldwide. /liliAct as the accountable leader and primary point of contact for Customer Experience globally, building and leading a dedicated cross-functional CX community of practice across Business Units and Regions. /liliPartner with Sales, Marketing leaders and other key functions to embed CX practices into commercial and marketing processes and to identify and prioritize high-impact CX use cases. /liliDrive change management, communication, and training to build CX capability and maturity and establishing the CX COE as a recognized center of expertise. /li /ul h3Marketing Excellence, Planning Budget /h3 ulliDevelop and implement training initiatives to upskill the marketing community, elevating marketing competencies across all Regions and Business Units and driving a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. /liliOrchestrate the end?to?end marketing planning process on behalf of the CMO. /liliLead the Global Marketing budgeting and financial planning processes and evaluate ROI across marketing channels and campaigns. /liliDefine measurement frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor ROI, campaign effectiveness, and overall Marekting's contribution to the business. /liliDrive the implementation of CX?related metrics and use cases across the organization, influencing marketing initiatives that improve both customer experience and internal efficiency and effectiveness. /liliManage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and maintain service quality. /li /ul h3Leadership Stakeholder Management /h3 ulliAdvise the CMO and marketing leadership (Marketing Council), leveraging marketing performance data and best practices.
/liliGovern data privacy and compliance requirements across marketing operations and the CX COE, ensuring adherence to global and regional regulations. /li /ul h3Position Requirements /h3 h3Education /h3 pBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred, with a focus on business, marketing, communications, or healthcare management. /p ulli10+ years of marketing experience, including global and regional roles, with a proven track record in brand development, product marketing, or strategic planning. Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. /liliDemonstrated expertise in digital marketing and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms. /liliProven experience designing, launching, or leading a Center of Excellence, shared?services function, or comparable cross?functional capability, ideally in Customer Experience, Marketing Operations, or Commercial Excellence. /liliStrong understanding of customer journey mapping, audience segmentation and personalization strategies across digital and non?digital touchpoints. /liliFamiliarity with the opportunity management process through the buyer's entire journey and sales cycle. /liliDemonstrated success leading and supporting cross?functional and high?performing teams, with a strong teamwork orientation. /liliExperience collaborating with and influencing Sales, customers, and Marketing leaders. /liliExpertise in data analysis, including the ability to identify, collect, analyze, and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive business function improvement, growth opportunity identification, and/or strategy development. /li /ul h3Leadership Personal Skills /h3 ulliStrong organizational skills and proven ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. /liliStrategic thinking combined with executional excellence. /liliEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the influence and leadership needed to work in a matrix organization across diverse cultures. /liliComfortable operating with ambiguity and uncertainty; adaptive and resilient. /liliConnects strategy to purpose and communicates in a way that inspires and influences others. /liliAble to travel internationally up to *****% of the time. /li /ul h3Employment terms /h3 pThe minimum base annual gross salary for the role is € 100,000. /p pThe compensation package also includes an annual variable incentive linked to the achievement of company and individual objectives, as well as the benefits provided for by the applicable collective agreement and company policies.
