We are looking for a passionate and engaged
E?CRM & Customer Engagement Intern
to join our E?CRM & Customer Engagement Team in our Global HQ, in Milan.
Your Impact
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
Support the definition and execution of the global contact strategy, contributing to customer engagement and conversion optimization initiatives;
Support the end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns, coordinating with external agencies and internal stakeholders;
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reporting insights to identify improvement opportunities through a test-and-learn approach;
Monitor the competitive landscape and digital marketing trends to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement;
Support the development of customer engagement initiatives across digital channels, contributing to the optimization of the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Economics or Engineering Master degree or similar;
A previous experience in the field will be considered a plus;
Passionate about fashion and digital communication;
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including good knowledge in Microsoft Excel;
Enthusiastic, willing to learn and self-organized;
Strong analytical skills, with an eye for details;
Fluent in English.
