At Hager, you'll help shape a strong safety culture, protect our people, and contribute to operational excellence across our sites.For our location in Arenzano we are looking for a Health, Safety & Environment Technician (m/f/d) on a permanent contract.Your MissionProvide operational support for the management of health, safety and environmental matters within the manufacturing plant, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective risk prevention and the continuous improvement of HSE performance and safety culture.Conduct shop-floor audits, safety inspections and workplace observations.Collect and analyse data on incidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.Manage and maintain HSE documentation, registers and records.Update safety and environmental KPIs and monitor agreed action plans.Support occupational health surveillance activities in coordination with the Occupational Physician.Check contractor documentation and support the operational coordination of external companies.Verify the correct use of personal protective equipment and compliance with work instructions.Prepare documentation and reports for internal stakeholders and external authorities, where required.Participate in HSE meetings and safety committees.Monitor the timely closure and effectiveness of corrective actions arising from audits,



inspections and investigations.Your ProfileTechnical secondary-school diploma, preferably in an industrial, environmental or safety-related discipline.Bachelor's degree in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace, Environmental Engineering or a related field is considered an advantage.Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in an HSE role within a manufacturing or industrial organisation.Good knowledge of Italian Legislative Decree ******* and occupational health and safety requirements.Knowledge of environmental regulations applicable to manufacturing sites.Risk assessment methodologies and HSE operational controls.Internal audit and workplace inspection techniques.Incident investigation and root cause analysis.HSE KPI monitoring, reporting and action tracking.Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Fluent Italian, English at B1/B2 level.What We OfferPersonalized onboarding experience program designed to make your first days smoothOpportunities to learn and grow through Hager Group's awarded Hi University.Internal career opportunities, over 25% of our recruitments are through internal mobilityWhat are the recruitment stages?
