/p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 pProduct Strategy Vision /p ul liDefine and own the product roadmap for vendor?facing tools and experiences, translating business objectives into technical requirements and prioritized feature sets /li liConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities that drive vendor adoption and business growth across EU marketplaces /li liDevelop 3?year product strategies aligned with EU INTech and broader International Stores goals /li /ul pCross?Functional Leadership /p ul liPartner with engineering teams to define technical architecture, make build?vs?buy decisions, and ensure scalable solutions that meet current and future needs /li liCollaborate with UX designers to create intuitive, data?driven experiences that reduce vendor friction and increase engagement /li liWork closely with business stakeholders, retail teams,



and regional leaders across EU countries to align product priorities with business outcomes /li /ul pExecution Delivery /p ul liWrite detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable engineering teams to build with clarity /li liDrive agile development processes, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning to ensure on?time deliveryMake data?driven trade?off decisions balancing scope, timeline, and quality while managing stakeholder expectations /li /ul pMetrics Impact /p ul liDefine success metrics and KPIs for product initiatives, establishing measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, and business impact /li liAnalyze product performance data, conduct A/B tests, and iterate based on insights to continuously improve vendor outcomes /li liReport on product health, progress against goals, and ROI to leadership and stakeholders /li /ul pInnovation Technical Depth /p ul liStay current with emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, generative AI) and evaluate opportunities to enhance vendor tools and experiences /li liParticipate in technical design reviews, providing product perspective on architectural decisions and system integrations /li liBuild credibility with engineering teams through technical understanding and ability to engage in detailed technical discussions /li /ul pStakeholder Management /p ul liCommunicate product vision, strategy, and progress to diverse audiences including executives, engineering leaders, and business partners /li liManage competing priorities and negotiate trade?offs across multiple stakeholders with different objectives /li liBuild strong relationships across EU and global teams to drive alignment and remove blockers /li /ul h3About the team /h3 pWe deliver comprehensive solutions that facilitate the growth and success of Amazon's partners, both Selling Partners and internal retail teams, across the entire vendor lifecycle.
