/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliFull revenue accountability, including forecasting and achievement of target performance.
/liliAct as a trusted partner and advisor, serving as Abbott's primary point of contact for customers.
/liliManage and drive account development, including key activities such as strategic account management and post-sales implementation processes.
/liliIdentify opportunities for new product and menu expansion and support sales activities.
/liliPrepare and conduct regular business reviews with customers.
/liliManage routine renewals of core business accounts and negotiate long-term contracts.
/liliSupport the implementation of new tests.
/liliProvide ongoing customer training and coaching as required.
/liliOversee the progress of cross-functional implementation teams (post-sales) together with the Project Manager.
/liliSuccess in this role is measured through business profitability, customer satisfaction score (NPS), contract renewal rate, and managed revenue.
/li /ulpbEducation and Required Skills /b /pulliBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, Biology, Pharmacy, or Business is preferred.
/lili1 to 3 years of experience in the diagnostics industry,
with a focus on managing and expanding existing accounts, strengthening customer relationships, and improving account profitability.
/liliProven success in a similar role, supported by management references and customer testimonials.
/liliDemonstrated ability to engage effectively with customers, including senior management and key stakeholders.
/liliStrong product and industry knowledge.
/liliSolid understanding of customer decision-making processes and stakeholder dynamics.
/liliStrong solution-selling and relationship-building skills.
/liliExcellent communication skills.
/liliAbility to identify issues and lead problem-solving efforts.
/liliLong-term strategic account management mindset.
/liliFluency in the local language and English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.

/ppbGross Annual Salary (RAL): min /b €46,000 max €60,000.
