You will assist in leading staff to provide exceptional customer service, managing processes, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

/p /brh3Job Functions: /h3 /brul /brliEnsure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures /li /brliDrive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation /li /brliAssist the General Manager of the facility with proper task execution and completion, follow effective safety practices, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly,



and monthly reporting /li /brliWork alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders in a timely manner and to maximize customer service expectations /li /brliOversee the cleanliness of the dining room and food preparation areas, /li /brliEnsure all restaurant equipment is property maintained /li /br /ul /brh3Skills And Demands: /h3 /brul /brliAbility to work various shifts /li /brliIntermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel /li /brliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus /li /brliStrong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail /li /brliFrequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more /li /br /ul /brh3Our Culture: /h3 /brpCome see why Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores was recognized by Indeed as the winner of the Better Work Award in ****.
