Within this context, technology and artificial intelligence represent a key growth area, supporting the creation of new products, platforms and ventures with high market potential. /p pThe company offers a dynamic, intellectually challenging and fast-moving environment, designed to attract entrepreneurial talent with the ambition to build solid and enduring businesses. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for defining and leading the company's technology strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, product development and scalable technology execution. /p pKey responsibilities will include: /p ul liDefine and implement the overall technology vision, roadmap and architecture for the platform and its portfolio initiatives. /li liLead the development of software products, AI-enabled solutions and digital platforms from concept to deployment. /li liTranslate business opportunities, use cases and investment theses into concrete technology roadmaps. /li liOversee the design and delivery of MVPs, prototypes and scalable products, ensuring quality, security, reliability and speed of execution.



/li liBuild, structure and lead internal and external technology teams, including software engineers, AI specialists, data professionals and technology partners. /li liEvaluate and select the most appropriate technologies, frameworks, tools and vendors to support product development and platform scalability. /li liEnsure robust technology governance, including cybersecurity, data management, privacy, infrastructure and development standards. /li liSupport technical due diligence, technology assessment and make-or-buy decisions for new initiatives or investment opportunities. /li liWork closely with founders, investment professionals, business leaders and external partners to identify technology-driven value creation opportunities. /li liFoster a culture of innovation, ownership, execution and continuous improvement across the technology function. /li liRepresent the company's technology vision with investors, partners and relevant stakeholders when required. /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 pA successful Chief Technology Officer should have: /p ul liSignificant experience in technology leadership roles such as CTO, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering,
