ppThe Production Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining products or components on the production line according to established procedures and quality standards. This role ensures that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and with high attention to quality. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssemble mechanical, electrical, or electronic components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). /li liTesting and Inspection: /li liPerform functional tests, visual inspections, and quality checks to verify that products meet specifications and standards. /li liEquipment Operation: /li liOperate test equipment safely and efficiently; ensure proper setup, calibration, and maintenance of tools. /li liTroubleshooting: /li liIdentify and report defects, malfunctions, or process deviations; assist in diagnosing and correcting production issues. /li liDocumentation: /li liAccurately complete production records, test reports, and logs to maintain traceability and ensure compliance. /li liProcess Improvement: /li liSuggest and implement improvements to production methods, tools,
and workflow to increase efficiency and product quality. /li liSafety and Compliance: /li liFollow all workplace safety policies and procedures, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and comply with environmental and health regulations. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or technical certification required. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li1–3 years of experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment. /li liHands?on experience with hand tools, test equipment. /li liBasic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems (depending on product type). /li /ul h3Skills and Competencies /h3 ul liStrong attention to detail and manual dexterity. /li liAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. /li liGood problem?solving and diagnostic skills. /li liTeam?oriented with effective communication skills. /li liBasic computer literacy (for data entry, production reports, or ERP systems). /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
