Your responsibilities will include: /p ul liLead and mentor a team of software engineers, supporting their professional growth and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. /li liDrive technical decisions and contribute to the definition of the technical direction of projects. /li liPlan and oversee engineering activities, ensuring effective execution and alignment with business goals. /li liPromote software quality standards, coding best practices, and consistent development methodologies across the team. /li liEnsure the adoption of best practices around code quality, performance, testing, and maintainability. /li liReview and improve engineering processes to increase efficiency and product quality. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. /li liSupport junior developers' growth by identifying learning opportunities, providing guidance, and encouraging knowledge sharing. /li liContribute to recruitment activities, including technical interviews and candidate evaluation. /li liStay up to date with technology trends and evaluate new tools, libraries, and approaches that could improve our development ecosystem.
/li /ul h3Personal Profile /h3 ul liProven experience in software development and in leading or coordinating software engineering teams. /li liStrong technical background in software engineering, with hands?on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software products. /li liSolid knowledge of object?oriented programming principles, software architecture, design patterns, algorithms, data structures, and software testing practices. /li liExperience with C++ development and familiarity with complex, performance-sensitive software environments. /li liGood understanding of modern software engineering practices, including code quality standards, continuous integration, automated testing, and Agile methodologies. /li liKnowledge of UI/UX principles, including experience with third?party UI libraries. /li liFamiliarity with web development and modern web technologies. /li liAbility to make technical decisions, guide engineering practices, and ensure the scalability, maintainability, and quality of the software. /li liExperience with backend technologies, databases, development frameworks, DevOps practices, and cloud environments. /li liStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and support team growth. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and align technical decisions with business objectives. /li liStrong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement approach. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3More about us /h3 pEidosmedia has aways been an international company composed of people from diverse cultures, countries, religions and backgrounds.
