pThe development process for new products is a key activity for Marposs, and a prototype assembler represents an important part of it. The role involves the manual assembly of small, highly complex mechanical and electromechanical units using flexible tools and project documentation, at a stage where detailed assembly procedures are not yet available. /ppThe working environment is characterized by innovative technology and a high level of dynamism; the position will be part of the Industrialization Engineering Department, which develops new products in daily contact with the design engineering teams. /ppIn this context, the candidate is expected to assess the effectiveness of the design and equipment from an assembly perspective and propose alternative solutions. It is essential not to be discouraged by difficulties, but rather to act proactively and constructively within the product development team. /ppThe role also includes documenting the selected assembly process and, as part of professional growth, contributing to the design of simple assembly tools.
/ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppCandidates with a technical diploma in mechanical or electronic engineering and at least 2 years of experience will be considered.
