/ph3The Role /h3pThe Security Architect plays a key role in supporting customers and sales teams in the design, positioning, and promotion of advanced cybersecurity solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Network Security and a deep understanding of Zero Trust security principles, IT architectures, Identity Access Management (IAM), and endpoint security.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate and support the security team dedicated to customer ensuring their growth and Service goals /liliDevelop and implement Kyndryl security strategies for customers.
/liliCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to position and promote Kyndryl solutions.
/liliProvide technical consultancy and support to customers throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
/liliConduct security assessments to identify security gaps and areas for improvement.
/liliStay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and industry developments.
/liliPerform security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation and improvement measures.
/liliProvide strategic guidance on leading security frameworks, standards, and industry best practices.
/li /ulh3Who You Are /h3pYour role is to work closely with our leadership team to design and implement effective security solutions that not only protect our business objectives and regulatory requirements, but also provide innovative solutions to stay ahead of emerging threats.
You will conduct risk assessments and threat modeling to identify and prioritize risks to our business and IT assets, using your extensive experience in security architecture design and implementation within a Service Provider environment to create a cutting?edge security architecture framework.
You will also work to maintain policies, standards, and guidelines related to information security within our organization, collaborating with cross?functional teams to implement security controls and technologies such as encryption, authentication, and authorization solutions.
Your role will also involve conducting security reviews of vendors and third?party partners to ensure they meet our rigorous security standards, as well as performing regular security and risk reviews of our Service Provider environment to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation activities.
At the forefront of security trends and technologies, you will advise our senior leadership team on the latest security best practices, and stay ahead of emerging security threats, always keeping our organization one step ahead.

/liliDefinition, implementation, and enforcement of cybersecurity policies.
/liliSupport for regulatory compliance and security governance processes.
/liliCybersecurity risk assessment and definition of appropriate mitigation plans.
/liliManagement and analysis of cybersecurity incidents.
/liliSecurity monitoring and analysis of security events.
/liliAssessment and management of key perimeter protection and security technologies.
/liliPreparation and management of technical and compliance documentation related to cybersecurity.
/liliSupport for continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening the customer's overall security posture.
/li /ulh3Required Technical Skills /h3ulliFirewalls and Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions.
/liliIntrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS).
/liliVPN technologies and strong authentication solutions.
/liliSecurity monitoring and log analysis.
/liliSecurity governance and security management.
/liliSecurity incident management and incident response.
/liliBlue Team exercises and activities.
/liliVulnerability remediation and management.
/liliManagement of security environments and infrastructure.
/liliCyberArk.
/liliKnowledge of network architectures – nice to have.
/li /ulh3Required Certifications /h3ulliITIL 4 Managing Professional /liliCISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional /liliCISM – Certified Information Security Manager /liliCompTIA Security+ CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker /li /ulpThe position will be governed by the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of the Metalworking Industry (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per i dipendenti dell'Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti), with classification as Quadro.
The employment contract may be offered as a permanent employment contract (tempo indeterminato).
The salary range for the position in Italy is € ******,00 to € *******,00 based on a full?time schedule at the time of posting.
The level assigned and the corresponding remuneration within the salary range indicated above will be determined in accordance with several factors such as, geographical tier, job?related skills,



education and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.
For part?time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
