Product Support is on the front line, ensuring that customers' needs are heard and met, along with the technical department, which plays a key role by providing support and maintenance. Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction through after-sales service makes the customer aware that they can rely on a customer service team that is attentive to their needs and empathetic even after the purchase. /ph3Main Responsibilities:
/h3ulliThe candidate will be responsible for providing first technical assistance to our clients, ensuring high-quality service and timely problem resolution /liliDefining the type of support needed and addressing the issue to the related Dealer or Distributor; /liliThe candidate will handle requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and collaborate with other departments to resolve problems /liliEvaluating claim requests and collecting evidences of product defection or deliveries unconformity; /liliIdentifying the nature of product defection and sending products for CQ inspections or product repair; /liliProducing credit notes in the system; /liliProducing waybill for shipping or repaired products; /liliCreating a reports regarding claims and all related information. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliHigh school graduation; /liliAt least 3 years of working experience in the field of technical apparel; /liliFluency in English; /liliFluency in German and/or Polish ; /liliGood knowledge of AS400 /liliAbility to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment; /liliProblem solving approach /liliPassion for Motorsports and technical knowledge of our products is a plus /liliThe role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team. /li /ulpbSalary Package: /b from ******€ + welfare + buoni pasto /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
