ppThe Team Assistant role provides support (organization of agendas, meetings, business trips, expense reporting, etc.) to the Directors within the Product Development team. It also collaborates with the Executive Assistants of other departments in the organization and coordination of activities for the Luxury Goods Division. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborates in the organization and management of the agendas of the Directors within Product Development team /li liOrganizes appointments and trips with related reservations /li liOrganizes and coordinates meetings, gatherings, and encounters (on-site and off-site), preparing what is necessary (e.g., equipment and any supporting documentation) /li liCollaborates in the preparation of documentation/presentations /li liProvides support in the management of administrative/accounting processes (e.g., invoices, contracts, expense reports, etc.) /li liIs involved in other activities and confidential matters, always ensuring maximum discretion /li liSupport for the Product Team in providing office supplies, stationery, etc. /li liSupports, when necessary, the management of team correspondence. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liPrevious experience as a Team/Executive Assistant in complex, international managerial environments. /li liExcellent organizational, planning, and communication skills. /li liAttention to detail, precision, reliability, and problem?solving skills. /li liAbility to manage confidential information with discretion. /li liExcellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook. /li liExcellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
