pAs Field Engineering Manager in Milan, you lead a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers to drive revenue through value-focused, collaborative engagement. You will mentor, scale, and align field engineers with sales and partners, shaping a customer-obsessed culture in a hyper-growth environment.
