Marriott International seeks a Multi-Property General Manager to lead two of Florence’s distinguished hotels: The Excelsior, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Florence and The St. Regis Florence. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across both properties, preserving brand identities while driving sustainable growth.
You will inspire Executive Committees, maintain exceptional guest experiences, and strengthen both hotels' market positions in Florence’s luxury landscape.
