Our goal is to blur the line between home and hospitality, creating an integrated experience that engages our guests and immerses them in the RH lifestyle. /ph3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliCreate a warm and inviting environment by providing First Class Service that reflects RH's standards of hospitality /liliLead the delivery and presentation of dishes to guests, ensuring accuracy, timing, and quality /liliSupport the expediting process and maintain flow between the kitchen and dining room /liliMaintain a curated and organized service environment, including the polishing area, service stations and expediting line /liliAnticipate guest needs and assist with clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables throughout service /liliDemonstrate a commitment to RH's standards through personal presentation, menu knowledge and attention to detail /liliEmbrace a team-oriented mindset, championing the "Full Hands In, Full Hands Out" philosophy /liliMaintain strong knowledge of menu items, allergens, ingredients, and preparation protocols to ensure accurate and safe service /li /ulh3OUR REQUIREMENTS /h3ulli1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing or culinary support role /liliProficiency in English is preferred,
due to the international nature of our business and the need to communicate with global teams /liliCandidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of application /liliMust meet the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work certain shifts, and/or perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities, in accordance with local labor and safety regulations /liliCommitment to high standards of personal appearance, including adherence to uniform guidelines, grooming, and hygiene practices, to ensure a professional presentation to guests /liliFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed /li /ulh3PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS /h3ulliCommitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment /liliFrequent stooping, bending, and reaching, both overhead and below counter height /liliLifting or moving items up to 25 kgs using appropriate equipment and safe handling techniques /liliSafely ascending and descending stairs, with or without carrying food, beverages, or service equipment /liliStanding and walking for extended periods as part of daily work activities /liliDelivering food using proper two-handed carrying techniques to ensure safety and presentation /liliMove safely through compact, high-traffic kitchen and service areas, including spaces with variable lighting /liliCommitment to proper safety, sanitation, and food-handling practices in a commercial kitchen environment /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
