/li /ul h3DRIVE YOUR FUTURE /h3 pYou will join the Human Resources team, supporting the Plant HR Manager, in managing the whole employee life cycle.
/p h3YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES /h3 pYou will collaborate with your tutor in supporting all HR related activities in the factory in particular: /p ul liInvolvement in full life cycle recruitment; /li liPersonnel administration, /li liSupport in data driven analysis of the various HR specific topics.
/li /ul h3WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION /h3 ul liDegree in humanities or economic disciplines, /li liGood relational and communication skills, /li liProactivity, curiosity learning mindset, /li liGood knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on results, /li liFluent Italian, basic English knowledge.
