/b /p br/ pFor this role we offer 12 months fixed term contract.
/p br/ pbAs a Associate Operations Support Specialist, you will:



/b /p br/ ul liSupport the updating of procedures (WI SOP) in the Operations area, promoting continuous improvement of GMP processes.
/li liContribute, in collaboration with the responsible of the areas involved, to the identification of improvements and SOP review.
/li liAssure that shop floor events are promptly reported and managed in accordance with company procedures with a focus on identifying the root cause and the proper effective CPA.
/li liSupport the Operations group to ensure that the culture of quality is an integral part of the systematic approach to processes.
/li liEnsure the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid the potential re-occurrence of shop floor problems, through monitoring with specific KPIs, in order to achieve production objectives and reduce Quality and Compliance problems.
/li liContribute to the definition and implementation of the procedures and flows that arise as corrective / preventive actions from the investigations.
/li /ul br/ pbQualifications / Requirements: /b /p br/ ul liUniversity Degree - Scientific field (Chemistry, chemistry and pharmaceutic technology – CTF or other equivalent) /li liAbility in problem-solving and decision making technique.
/li liGood interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required; /li liKnowledge of MS Excel,



MS Power Point /li liProficiency in English is required /li liWorking experience of at least 6 months in a pharmaceutical production plant (is preferred) /li /ul br/ pbRequired Skills: /b /p pbPreferred Skills: /b /p pAdministrative Support, Agile Manufacturing, Assembly Operations, Communication, Execution Focus, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Innovation, Learning Agility, Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT), Mechanical Equipments, Plant Operations, Process Oriented, Prototyping, Repair Management, Structural Fabrication, Technologically Savvy /p pbThe anticipated base pay range for this position is: /b /p p€27,****** - €43,****** /p pbBenefits: /b /p pIn addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual premio with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees' and companies' performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
