New Startup (Social Media) is building a new kind of social platform. We seek a Community Growth & Marketing Lead (Founding Team) to own growth from the ground up, with remote or hybrid work in Italy.

You will lead user growth, manage ambassadors and influencers, run events, and launch sponsored collaborations with brands. This founding-level role will shape culture, playbook, growth strategy, and key partnerships as we scale the user base.
