/p h3bThe role /b /h3 pYou will be bone of the senior engineers /b in a squad of four to five, with a product manager and a designer.
You will make the technical decisions for what the squad ships, own those decisions in production, and help the engineers around you get better.
Impact is defined by vision and execution, not by age or title.
/p pYou will work across the whole stack.
We expect you to be deep on one side and fluent enough on the other to ship a feature alone when needed.
If you are a strong backend engineer who has never touched bReact /b, or a strong frontend engineer who has never written bPython /b, apply:

Years alone are not the requirement; the evidence is.
/p /li lipbYou have shipped and operated systems that real users depended on /b, and you can tell us what broke, what it cost and what you changed.
/p /li lipbYou use AI coding tools every day /b (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) and you can say precisely where they were wrong and how you caught it.
/p /li lipbYou review other people's code as a habit /b, and people get better from your reviews.
/p /li /ul h3bOur stack /b /h3 pbNext.js /b and bTypeScript /b on the frontend, bPython /b (bDjango /b and bDjango Ninja /b) on the backend, Postgres and vector stores, bLLM /b pipelines built on our own bAI platform /b, deployed on the cloud with GitHub Actions.
