pIn this role you drive growth for InterSystems' Healthcare solutions in North-East Italy, focusing on EMR, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies. You work closely with cross-functional teams to position solutions and manage a regional sales pipeline. The position combines healthcare IT expertise with enterprise software selling in a dynamic, public-procurement driven market. This is an opportunity to contribute to digital health transformation in a global leader. /pulliHealth Insurance /liliDevelop and manage sales opportunities within healthcare organizations across North-East Italy /liliBuild and maintain relationships with hospitals, regional healthcare authorities, system integrators, and strategic partners /liliIdentify customer needs and position InterSystems' healthcare solutions, including EMR, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies /liliSupport the preparation of commercial proposals and participate in public procurement processes /liliCollaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing,



and Delivery teams to develop winning strategies /liliMaintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to achieving regional sales targets /liliBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field /lili2–5 years of experience in Healthcare IT or enterprise software sales /liliGood understanding of the Italian healthcare market and digital health ecosystem /liliKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their application in healthcare /liliFamiliarity with Italian public procurement regulations and public tendering processes /liliStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills /liliProactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset /liliWillingness to travel extensively across the North-East Italy region /lilicommunication /lilirelationship-building /liliproactive mindset /liliAI concepts in healthcare /liliPublic procurement knowledge /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
