Bridgestone EMEA, based in Modugno, IT, seeks a Process Leader to optimize end-to-end value streams through Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Maintenance to drive waste reduction and faster delivery.

Required: Master’s in Engineering and 2–3 years in manufacturing with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills. English proficiency is essential; on-site role in Modugno (BA).
