Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Technical Support Specialist – Systems to deliver advanced product support for Cepheid’s molecular diagnostics instruments. The role is fully remote in Europe and reports to the Italy/Portugal Customer Care Manager.

You will diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues, conduct root cause analyses, and provide timely resolutions to ensure patient testing continuity across customer sites.
