Unisciti a noi per contribuire a far funzionare ciò che fa funzionare il mondo. /p h3Questa Posizione Risponde a /h3 pChapter Lead /p p__ /p h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 pIn this role you will have the opportunity to support the development, testing and validation of applications and solutions for commercial and industrial buildings, infrastructure and critical power, with a particular focus on data centers. /p pEach day, you will work closely with technical experts in both office and laboratory environments, helping to develop and verify electrical applications and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to application testing, documentation development and knowledge sharing across the organization. /p pThe work model for the role is: hybrid /p pThis role is contributing to the Smart Power Division within the Electrification Business Area in Europe. Main stakeholders are application engineers, product managers, sales teams, training teams and other technical specialists across the organization. /p h3You Will Be Mainly Accountable For /h3 ul liSupport the development and validation of applications for commercial and industrial buildings, infrastructure and critical power solutions, with a focus on data centers. /li liPrepare laboratory test setups, perform functional and performance testing on switchgear, protection and power distribution equipment, and document findings.
/li liTranslate validated applications into technical documentation, training content and customer-facing value propositions. /li liShare technical insights and lessons learned from laboratory activities and field feedback with key internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liYou enjoy working with electrical systems, testing methodologies and power distribution applications within the electrification industry. /li liYou have recently completed, or is close to completing, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. /li liYou are comfortable working hands-on with electrical equipment in a laboratory environment and following testing and safety procedures. /li liYou are passionate about learning, problem-solving and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals. /li liDegree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline. /li liYou are at ease communicating in English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Compensation Package /h3 pAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position: /p pApplicable CBA: Metalmeccanico /p pMinimum annual salary: € ****** /p pVariable Pay: AIP target 10% + Eligible for Company Productivity Premio /p pThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards. /p pCostruire un futuro più pulito e intelligente richiede ogni tipo di mente: i curiosi, i coraggiosi e i creativi.
