Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist – Systems to provide advanced product support for molecular diagnostics instruments. You will resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues, engage with customers remotely, and visit sites as required to restore instrument uptime.

You will collaborate with the Customer Care Manager of Italy/Portugal, contribute to knowledge sharing, and support continuous improvement within a dynamic, global team.
