H&M; Group in Milan is seeking an Area Visual Merchandiser to create visually inspiring retail environments and drive commercial performance. You will train store Visual teams, implement global brand guidelines, and coordinate layouts and campaigns across multiple stores in your area.

The role focuses on delivering consistent execution, collaborating with Store Managers and Sales Market partners, and supporting new openings and refurbishments to keep stores commercially relevant and on-brand.
