/p /brpThe selected candidate for the Technical Service Support 2nd Level role: /p /brul /brliGuarantees 2nd level technical assistance towards the local RC Service organization initiating corrective actions through usage of CRM (C4C) ticket system and support by distributing upon requirements 3rd level inhouse support /li /brliInitiates and registers in Claims Complaints system for full resolve on topics arising in the market on already installed machines.
/li /brliProvides1st level mechanical services in Italy and abroad on both predictive and proactive level.
/li /brliDoes Installation Commissioning on simple and complex systems.
/li /brliSupport technically either local RC GEA Service or end customers where no local GEA Service Support is available.
/li /brliProposes technical solutions for problems emerging in all of the complete life cycle of the machines.
/li /brliProvides support and training guidelines for operating standards and Service procedures to both local as to customer Service teams.
/li /br /ul /brh3bYour Profile / Qualifications /b /h3 /brpThe ideal candidate must have:
/p /brul /brliA good experience as a bservice mechanic /b or similar roles (i.e. FAT / SAT expert or technical support).
/li /brliBasic knowledge of industrial electrical engineering is also appreciated.
/li /brliSecondary School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
/li /brliCompulsory languages: English, Spanish (written and spoken).
High Technical and Communication skills to interact with other internal departments.
/li /brliAbility to read and interpret technical drawings (mechanical drawings and possibly electrical diagrams.
/li /brliKnowledge of SAP tool is appreciated.
/li /br /ul /brpThis role requires the availability for travel with a duration up to 5 continuous days and for approximately 50% of the annual working hours.Overseas if required may be up to 10 days.
/p /brpThe position falls under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with job classification and level to be defined based on the candidate's experience and skills.
/p /brpThe indicative gross annual salary range for this role is between €35,000 and €40,000, depending on experience, technical expertise, level of autonomy, and market alignment.
/p /brpThe overall compensation package may also include variable components and additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process.
