Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist – Systems to provide advanced product support for molecular diagnostics instruments. This remote role will serve customers across Europe and requires strong hardware, software, and networking knowledge to resolve complex issues.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager of Italy/Portugal, you will analyze root causes, document cases, and contribute to knowledge bases while traveling up to 15% to customer sites as needed.
