Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Technical Support Specialist – Systems to provide advanced product support for molecular diagnostics instruments. The role is fully remote in Southern Europe, reporting to the Italy/Portugal Customer Care Manager.

You will troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues, document root causes, and engage with customers to restore instrument uptime while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe.
