Cepheid, a leading molecular diagnostics company, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist – Systems in Italy (remote). You will provide advanced product support for Cepheid’s instruments, software and connectivity, ensuring timely resolution and patient outcomes.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager for Italy/Portugal, this role combines remote work with occasional on-site visits across Europe, requiring 2–3 years in biomedical device support and strong hardware/software troubleshooting.
