ph3Job Description: /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, contract negotiations and client relationships while delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, /p h3Duties and Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. /li liDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans. /li liCoordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. /li liOversee contract administration, including RFPs, bid analysis, and change orders. /li liMonitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions. /li liEnsure compliance with local codes, building regulations, and safety standards. /li liReview construction documents and shop drawings for accuracy and feasibility. /li liConduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and schedule adherence. /li liServe as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. /li liMaintain detailed documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and close-out packages.



/li /ul h3Position Requirements: /h3 ul li5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management. /li liProven experience managing commercial projects valued from $1M–$50M+. /li liIn-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. /li liProficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, P6, Autodesk, Bluebeam). /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. /li liAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents. /li liOSHA 30 certification required. /li liPMP or CCM certification is a plus. /li liStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. /li liFinancial and contractual acumen. /li liCollaborative, team-first mindset with strong client-service orientation. /li /ul h3Position Terms / Expected Hours of Work: /h3 pSalaried employees are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week during a busy season in some cases this position will require work on evenings, weekends, and holidays. /p p401K, Medical, Dental, PTO etc /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
