ppMFG is hiring a Maitre D to join our team! /ppWe are looking for candidates with experience, who want to work hard and be part of something truly special. /ph3Responsibilities: /h3ulliGreet treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations. /liliOversee dining room operation in a restaurant /liliHelp flow of traffic in and out of restaurant. /liliEngage guests, act as an ambassador of the restaurant in both personality and knowledge. /liliInteracts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience. /liliPerforms other duties as directed. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulli3-4 years of restaurant experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants. /liliAt least 2 years experience leading a front door team in a New York restaurant /liliPrevious experience inMichelin-starred (1, 2, or 3) and/or NY Times (2 or more stars)is preferred but not required. /li /ulh3BENEFITS:
