ph3The Impact You'll Make /h3 pAs our bSenior Data Engineer /b, you'll play a key role in enabling energy?efficient heating and cooling solutions to help reduce global emissions, mitigate climate change and drive cross?divisional data insights for Danfoss Climate Solutions. /p pYour impact? You will play a central role in advancing our data platform and data infrastructure, supporting energy?efficient solutions for cooling and heating applications and data centers. You will work with data coming from multiple business departments, helping unify and operationalize it into a scalable ecosystem. You will also contribute hands?on to technical decisions that shape how the platform evolves. /p pYou'll collaborate across business verticals, data scientists, and engineering teams, while also playing a key role in communication and alignment across stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and strong team chemistry. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul liBuild and optimize scalable data pipelines and data products using modern data engineering tools /li liDevelop and maintain data platform infrastructure with a strong focus on scalability and reliability /li liCollaborate with stakeholders across business units and data science teams to define and deliver new features /li liIntegrate and harmonize data from multiple departments into a unified ecosystem /li liContribute to architectural and technical decisions,
occasionally supporting hands?on coding /li liEvaluate and adopt emerging technologies to reduce data silos and improve the overall data ecosystem /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liProven experience in software development and data engineering with strong execution mindset /li liStrong proficiency in SQL and Python; Go, Rust or TypeScript is a plus /li liExperience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Mage, or Dagster /li liKnowledge of stream processing tools like Kafka, NATS, Flink or similar /li liExperience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP); Spark and Iceberg are a plus /li liExperience working with time?series databases such as InfluxDB, Victoria Metrics or TimeScaleDB /li liStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and domains /li liExcellent knowledge of English is required.
