Prada Group is seeking an Processes & Operations Client Service Intern to support global client service analytics and projects from Milan. You will analyze KPIs, assist in process mapping, and contribute to data-driven decision making in a dynamic luxury fashion environment.

The role involves working with multichannel sales data, testing new systems, and collaborating with IT and reporting teams to improve data quality and operational efficiency. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
