Unisciti a noi per contribuire a far funzionare ciò che fa funzionare il mondo. /p h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentifies new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team. /li liQualifies new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering Specialists. /li liNegotiates agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists and terms and conditions. Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs. /li liAnalyzes and evaluates bids in order to determine the optimal value. /li liTracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing. Oversees supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time), and resolves performance issues. /li liInitiates Purchase Orders (PO) in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors, and tracks supplier performance to PO requirements. /li liAligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on ERP or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability, and price. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liYou hold a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Economy. /li liYou are at ease communicating in English and Italian; /li liGood knowledge of MS Office (excel, access, word, ppt); /li liGood knowledge of digital tools (Power BI, etc..) is considered a plus.
