The role contributes to the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of Group reporting while guiding junior team members and supporting continuous improvements in reporting processes and systems. /ph3Key Responsabilities /h3ulliExecute and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and Group policies. /liliAnalyze submissions, resolve complex discrepancies with countries,
and recommend corrective actions to ensure IFRS?compliant reporting. /liliPrepare consolidation adjustments, intercompany eliminations, and supporting schedules. /liliSupport the preparation of consolidated financial statements, management reports, and audit documentation. /liliSupport the Acquisition Accounting activities (Purchase Price Allocation) and ensure the accurate acquisition accounting and related reporting into the group RC system also in terms of external disclosure; /liliSupervise the impairment testing process and related supporting analyses. /liliEnhance consolidation tools/templates/workflows and strengthen related controls, driving standardization, efficiency, and data quality. /liliProvide guidance and support to junior team members on accounting and reporting topics. /li /ulh3Required Skills Experience /h3h3Professional Experience /h3ulliMaster's degree in Accounting/Finance. /liliMinimum 3 years of consolidation or reporting experience. /liliSolid IFRS knowledge; multinational exposure. /liliExperience with consolidation systems; Excel advanced /liliFull professional proficiency in English /li /ulh3Mindset Soft Skills /h3ulliAnalytical rigor and accuracy. /liliProblem?solving in consolidation discrepancies. /liliClear communication with global teams. /liliAbility to mentor juniors. /liliStrong organization and prioritization /li /ulh3Location /h3pHQ Milan,
