/li liSupport the boutique’s overall performance by collaborating with Store Management on client matters, high‑level selling activities, visual standards, and operational excellence. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in luxury retail or high‑end client service, with proven success in client portfolio development and retention. /li liDemonstrated ability to manage and grow a solid, established client book with repeat and high‑value clientele. /li liStrong commercial mindset with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. /li liExceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills, with a natural ability to create trust and loyalty. /li liDeep passion for luxury, fashion, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling. /li liAbility to deliver outstanding service across all channels (in‑person, written, phone, digital). /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced luxury environment. /li liFlexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. /li liPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise as required (lifting up to 30 lbs). /li liFull adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
