The Role
TheSecurity Architectplays a key role in supporting customers and sales teams in thedesign, positioning, and promotion of advanced cybersecurity solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise inNetwork Securityand a deep understanding ofZero Trust security principles,IT architectures,Identity & Access Management (IAM), andendpoint security.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the security team dedicated to customer ensuring their growth and Service goals
Develop and implementKyndryl security strategiesfor customers.
Collaborate withsales and marketing teamsto position and promote Kyndryl solutions.
Providetechnical consultancy and supportto customers throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Conductsecurity assessmentsto identify security gaps and areas for improvement.
Stay up to date with the latestcybersecurity trends, technologies, and industry developments.
Perform security assessments to identifyvulnerabilitiesand recommend appropriate remediation and improvement measures.
Providestrategic guidanceon leading security frameworks, standards, andindustry best practices.
Who You Are
Are you passionate about security architecture and driven to protect against the latest threats?
We are seeking a Security Architect who will join our team and take the lead on developing, implementing, and maintaining our security strategy within our Service Provider organization.
As our Security Architect, you will work closely with our leadership team to design and implement effective security solutions that not only protect our business objectives and regulatory requirements, but also provide innovative solutions to stay ahead of emerging threats.
You will conduct risk assessments and threat modeling to identify and prioritize risks to our business and IT assets, using your extensive experience in security architecture design and implementation within a Service Provider environment to create a cutting-edge security architecture framework.
You will also work to maintain policies, standards, and guidelines related to information security within our organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and technologies such as encryption, authentication, and authorization solutions.
Your role will also involve conducting security reviews of vendors and third-party partners to ensure they meet our rigorous security standards, as well as performing regular security and risk reviews of our Service Provider environment to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation activities.
At the forefront of security trends and technologies, you will advise our senior leadership team on the latest security best practices, and stay ahead of emerging security threats, always keeping our organization one step ahead.

Management and analysis ofcybersecurity incidents.
Security monitoringand analysis of security events.
Assessment and management of keyperimeter protection and security technologies.
Preparation and management oftechnical and compliance documentationrelated to cybersecurity.
Support forcontinuous improvement initiativesaimed at strengthening the customer's overallsecurity posture.
Required Technical Skills
Firewalls and Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW)solutions.
Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS).
VPN technologies and strong authentication solutions.
Security monitoring and log analysis.
Security Governance and Security Management.
Security Incident Management and Incident Response.
Blue Team exercises and activities.
Vulnerability remediation and management.
Management ofsecurity environments and infrastructure.
CyberArk.
Knowledge ofnetwork architectures– nice to have.
Required Certifications
The candidate should holdone or more of the following certifications:
ITIL 4 Managing Professional
CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
CISM – Certified Information Security Manager
CompTIA Security+
CEH – Certified Ethical Hacke
The position will be governed by the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of the Metalworking Industry (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per i dipendenti dell'Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti), with classification asQuadro.
The employment contract may be offered as apermanent employment contract(contratto a tempo indeterminato).
The salary range for the position in Italy is € ******,00 to € *******,00 based on a full-time schedule at the time of posting.
The level assigned and the corresponding remuneration within the salary range indicated above will be determined in accordance with several factors such as, geographical tier, job-related skills, education and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.
For tempo parziale roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
