/ph3YOU ACT /h3ulliIdentify required components, equipment, and systems using customer technical documentation and internal engineering support /liliPrepare spare parts packages for initial supply in collaboration with product-specific technical departments /liliEvaluate costs in cooperation with purchasing, costing, and supplier management teams /liliDraft technical specifications and detailed commercial quotations /liliOversee and coordinate order execution,
ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy /liliCollect and analyze project information, aligning after-sales activities with contractual milestones /liliMaintain accurate records of quotations and orders within ERP systems /liliProvide excellent customer service, handling technical inquiries and support needs /li /ulh3YOU KNOW /h3ulliDegree in Engineering or Technical Diploma (preferred specializations: Mechanical) /liliPrevious experience in technical-commercial back-office roles within mechanical engineering companies or steel production plant environments /liliMandatory: Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) /liliPreferred: Proficiency in an additional language /liliProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) /liliExperience of SAP S/4HANA is considered a plus /li /ulh3WE CONVINCE /h3pThe gross annual salary for the position will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, such as the skills required, the responsibilities involved, the level of autonomy, and the complexity of the role.
